Step Up for Childhood Cancer Awareness: Madonna and Child Medical Center Joins 3rd Kagay-an Golden Kiddie Fun Hike 2025

Madonna and Child Medical Center proudly joined the 3rd Kagay-an Golden Kiddie Fun Hike 2025, a meaningful event dedicated to raising awareness for childhood cancer. The activity was spearheaded by the Philippine College of Surgeons – Northern Mindanao Chapter, led by Dr. Erika Marie Gacus, in cooperation with the Mindanao Academy of Surgical Oncology, Philippine Society of Pediatric Surgeons, and the Rotary Club of CDO Health.

The event brought together surgeons, families, and our brave Cancer Warrior Survivor Kids, who walked side by side to show strength, unity, and unwavering support for the fight against childhood cancer.

As part of its continuing commitment to health and community care, Madonna and Child Medical Center extended free services to participants, including:

Blood pressure monitoring for runners and visitors
Free water and survival snacks for all participants
